What sets Malone Diesel apart from the competition? Our Service! We offer same day service on small as well as major jobs. Anything from oil changes to transmission replacement. We know you depend on your vehicle and can't afford to have it down. Therefore, we'll get you in and out quickly and with the highest level of quality. Services We Provide: We offer diesel injection service, diesel turbo service, tune ups, transmission services, alignments, diesel engine overhauls, brakes, welding, oil changes, shocks & struts, wheel bearings, u-joints, tire repair and electronic balancing, flywheels, hydraulic hoses, DOT truck and car inspections, and much more. Vehicles We Service: We repair light, medium and heavy-duty trucks We work on all types of vehicles from classics to heavy duty trucks, farm tractors, pickups, to RVs and heavy construction equipment. Domestic and foreign. Service Bays: We have 10 service bays and a crew of experienced ASE certified technicians to get you in and out quickly with the job done right the first time. Parts Department: We have a large parts department on-site to allow fast replacement of parts needed when we service your vehicle. You can also buy parts directly from our Parts Department for do-it-yourself projects. We will help you find the right parts for your vehicle. Hydraulics: At Malone Diesel, not only do we service hydraulics on construction equipment, but we actually fabricate hoses and rebuild hydraulic cylinders right in our shop! Call us for a quote! Alignments: We have a state-of-the-art alignment machine that can align the smallest cars up through 18 wheelers. This very expensive machine is computer controlled and extremely accurate. Tires: We have a huge inventory of tires for all applications and all vehicle sizes. In-stock, ready for your vehicle. 
Notifications: Did you forget when your next service is due? As our customer, if you wish, we'll send you e-mail reminders of when it's time to get your next oil change, transmission service, and other scheduled maintenance work performed. We'll also advise you when it may be time to re-check the brakes and other items on the maintenance schedule since the last time we looked at your vehicle. It may be nearing time to consider replacement or an appropriate alternative. Inspections: We provide state and DOT inspections on all classes of vehicles. Brake Jobs: We perform inspections and brake jobs on every type of vehicle. Gasoline Powered Vehicles: While many know us as the Hill Country Diesel Specialists, we also provide the same full range of services for gasoline powered vehicles. As an everyday special, we offer oil and filter changes including chassis lube and a full inspection for $39.95 Propane Service: We have a complete propane re-fill service station at our center, and can re-fill portable bottles as well as top up your vehicle's propane tanks. Accessories: We sell and install high performance products for vehicles in most every application. We even do lift kits, tires and accessories. We offer full after-market performance upgrades on almost every vehicle. From chips, to turbos, to transmissions, to exhaust systems, we do it all. We're competitively priced and best of all, we do it right the first time! 
Air Conditioning Service: We have a complete air conditioning shop at our repair facility that can make the cabin of your vehicle ice cold. Ask about our seasonal A/C service specials. Sophisticated, State-Of-The-Art Diagnostic Equipment: We have a huge investment in the latest vehicle testing equipment. And we don't just use generic testers, we have the factory scanner tools (dedicated computers) for vehicle diagnostics. We know the diagnostic codes and how to interpret them! We know chips and programmers. And we can make 'em work correctly for your vehicle! Specials: Keep an eye out for our service specials (be sure to sign up on our email list. You'll save money!) We'll change your vehicle oil and filter as well as lube the chassis on your diesel pickup for $89.95. Included in this price is up to 15 quarts of Delo oil and a FULL vehicle inspection by one of our ASE certified diesel technicians.
